Paul Ciandrini

Paul CiandriniPaul joined Green Tulip Advisory Inc. as a board member to help develop a strategic vision. Paul brings 30 years of executive, business and IT experience to Green Tulip.

Previously he was President and CEO of nScaled, Inc. and HydroPoint Data Systems, Inc.' Chief Risk Officer for BearingPoint, Inc. and President and Chief Operating Officer for Plumtree Software, Inc. Prior to Plumtree, he was the Sr. VP of Application Sales for Oracle Corporation and Executive Vice President of BearingPoint's (formerly KPMG Consulting) International High Tech Practice. He has held senior roles at Walker Interactive Systems. Presently he is a Board member of Akvo USA and Smartleaf, Inc.

Aysin Neville
Founder and Chief Executive Officer

Aysin NevilleServing as Chief Executive Officer, Aysin Neville (pronounced "eye/shin") brings over 25 years of finance, business, consulting, systems integration, and high tech industry experience to Green Tulip Advisory. Prior to founding Green Tulip Advisory in 2010, Ms. Neville was a partner with KPMG Consulting and Deloitte, Senior Vice President for BearingPoint, Group Vice President for Oracle Corporation, and a business owner. Bruce Neville
Managing Director

Bruce NevilleServing as Managing Director, Bruce Neville brings over 23 years of business management and consulting experience leading strategic, technology and process based initiatives for our clients. Mr. Neville has successfully managed more than 40 programs and projects within multiple organizational areas including Operations, Finance, IT, and Sales. Prior to Green Tulip Advisory, Mr. Neville held management positions with several professional services and high tech organizations including PwC, Arthur Andersen Business Consulting, Hitachi, and Symantec. Mr. Neville focuses on delivering business and technology solutions to our clients, having successfully planned and led initiatives across every phase of the project lifecycle.

She founded Professional Life Skills, Inc. in 2010 to help her clients identify and highlight their strengths, their value proposition and create a brand image. Pete is author of a training program he calls "How to win friends and influence customers," which has been taught to internal and customer-facing organizations to help them "walk in the shoes of the customer."

Ms. Maday began her technology career as a Product Marketing Manager and moved to consulting services for packaged software. She worked closely with business and IT executives to define and execute technology strategies and roadmaps. Her passion, vision and leadership have allowed her to forge long-term customer and partner relationships. She has built high performance technology professional teams, led large multi-million dollar global technology projects and defined and implemented global service business strategies. Over the last 30 years, she has repeatedly demonstrated her ability to engage quickly and provide strategic actionable advice to executive management teams to most effectively use their technology portfolio to reduce costs, streamline business processes and address business challenges. Most recently in the role of Chief Customer Officer she is the "Voice of the Customer" to the organization at the same time leading the Go-To-Market activities for professional consulting technology services and solutions.
